- 4-Point Do I Need a Four Point Inspection? In 2018, regulations changed to require a four-point for Florida homes over 30 years old but every insurance company has different requirements for underwriting. If your agent suggests a four-point, it is because the company they are working with requires it or advises it. How much does this cost? The cost of a four-point inspection from a certified professional inspector $70 we also provide a wind mitigation inspection with a bundled or discounted rate.

- Windstorm Mitigation InspectionA wind mitigation inspection is when a certified inspector checks your home’s wind-resistant features. (valid for five years) The WM reduce the insurance cost. The inspection from a certified professional inspector is $70 we also provide a 4-Point inspection with a bundled or discounted rate.
The inspector will come to your home and evaluate your roof decking, roof to wall connection, roof permitting, shutters, roof shape and if you have a secondary water barrier.

Owner and Certified Inspector of DLI Home Inspection Services. Gabriel Vargas is a Florida Licensed Home Professional Inspector who earned a Master degree in Arts from Lousiana Baptist University.
Gabo has trained in the home inspection industry in Florida, in both new construction and real estate re-sale inspecting, giving him comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry and the skills necessary to make exhaustive inspections.
Gabo is fully bilingual in English & Spanish.
